April Fools!

We're officially back in the house today. I think Brad said it best this morning when he said that we're closing another chapter of our trip. It's kind of nice to be back. I rode my bike into town this afternoon and am drying some laundry on our curtain rod. Everything is back to normal. :)

Time has been flying by lately and will probably start to go even faster. We can't believe that we're already getting ready to go home in a couple of weeks. When we first got here, it seemed like that day was forever away. We got Clint and Katie's wedding invitation in the mail today, which makes it even more real that we'll be back in the U.S. soon. We can't wait!

The sun is starting to shine for once in Denmark and it's not getting dark around 4:00 anymore. Brad still has the car for a couple of weeks, so we're thinking about going to Norway over Easter. Just when it's starting to get warm! :)

Well, we hope that everyone has a great April. See you in 25 days!

Germany Trip #2

Brad did a training last week in Langlau Germany. We drove to the Dachau Concentration Camp, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, and Nuremberg. Here are some of the highlights!

Look What We Found!

This is our first time seeing any of this stuff since we left home. They have a special American and British section in the grocery store that we are going to now. The only bad thing is the price. $16.00 for a bottle of A.1. steak sauce anyone?

Happy dance

It's the weekend!

The weekend is finally here! I subbed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in the middle school grades. Yikes! I took some pictures of the school this week. It probably looks better on my resume than in person. :)

An After Thought...

I love our new blog template that I found online. I thought maybe I could add to the theme.

Updates and Downtime

We are on Day 4 of our one month stay at the luxurious Sleep 2 Night in Helsingor. We were kicked out of our summer house last week. Apparently you're not supposed to stay there in the winter. Just when we were getting used to 48 degree mornings (indoors) and quick showers... The only set-back is the TV, or lack of. There is rarely anything on in English, which is the reason why I have decided to update our forgotten blog and the reason why Brad is happy to have brought his Wii. I think I'm about to run out of room on our website, so hopefully a blog will make a good alternative.

Brad has been busy at work and I have been staying busy with school. The International School is back from Winter Break, so I can probably expect a phone call from Jan (pronounced Yan) in the morning. He's the crazy substitute coordinator. Nothing like a nice, "Kasey, I need your help this morning" to get me up and going.

We haven't been on any trips lately, but went on a long Sunday drive in Brad's company car. We only have it for a month, but we'll take what we can get. It's a BMW station wagon without hubcaps. :)
Here are a few pictures from our weekend adventure...
